  • The Fusion website has a good foundation in SEO, with configured page titles and meta descriptions written with search intent and a regularly updated blog.
  • However, there are areas that need improvement to enhance performance. There are 82 duplicate page titles and 41 duplicate meta descriptions, with 105 pages lacking meta descriptions. H1 and H2 tags need attention, with 249 duplicate H1 tags, 70 pages with multiple H1s, 21 missing H1s, and 274 duplicate H2s. This helps ensure that your key pages receive the prominence they deserve in search results.

My Internal Links Analysis Summary

  •  In general, a website’s most common internal links should point to pages that are of utmost importance for Google to index — IE, the most valuable SEO pages of the Fusion Audio + Video website.
  • From our audit, we see internal links pointing toward some of your top navigation pages, but we’d like to see more links pointing toward deeper and more content-rich pages, like solutions pages like smart home, audio video, and simulator pages. 

What is the Backlink Health Analysis?

In evaluating how your website should rank in results, search engines also take into consideration all of the other websites on the internet that feature external links directing to your website. Are those websites primarily trustworthy? If so, search engines are likely to consider your website to be reliable as well – increasing your chances of ranking higher in results. Our backlinks audit evaluates the current profile of other websites currently linking to your own – highlighting some of your top backlinks and identifying areas of potential improvement. 

My Backlink Health Analysis Summary

  • The Fusion site’s backlink profile includes 585 referring domains and a total of 945 backlinks. Of these, 32% are classified as toxic, while 37% are potentially toxic. The remaining 30.9% are considered non-toxic and contribute positively to the site's SEO.
  • Despite the presence of toxic and potentially toxic backlinks, modern search engines like Google are adept at handling low-quality links and often ignore them. This means there is no immediate cause for concern unless specific penalties or guideline violations are identified. It is still prudent to examine these backlinks and consider disavowing especially damaging links.
  • Overall, the site’s backlink profile is reasonably strong, supported by a significant number of non-toxic links. To enhance SEO performance and authority further, the focus should be on acquiring high-quality backlinks from reputable sources.
